About Me

Planning Weddings has become a love of mine. From picking the location to picking the food; I love creating a couples dream wedding come to life. In the past year working at Kenmare Catering and Events as an Event Planner, I have learned the do's and don'ts of weddings and non-profit events. Planning has become a part of who I am and I bring everything I can to all my clients.

With my background in fashion, I have become more aware of the in's and out's of trends throughout, not only the Chicago-land Area but the world. I have been a model in Chicago for 18 years and that had really taught me a lot about planning believe it or not. I have been a part of photo shoots and fashion shows and though, being in them is different than planning them...I have learned from these experiences how to plan my own.

Joining the Kenmare team has really exposed me to the little things that sometimes Brides forget! Though Kenmare is a catering company, we are located in a venue as well. I draw up floorplans, menus, vendors, design ideas and so much more. I help brides pick out their passed hors d'oeuvres, main course meals, linen colors, and more! Being around weddings allows me to see what works and what doesn't, so then I come up with creative adjustments to make the night run as smoothly as possible. I love working with people and helping them plan one of the biggest days in their lives makes me enjoy my job that much more!
